This collaboration represents a significant step forward in our shared mission to champion educational exchange between the United States and participating countries. Our joint effort aims to bring highly qualified interns and trainees to the United States, placing them in American host schools as Teacher Assistants and Special Education Assistants. Through this program, participants have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant tapestry of U.S. culture and education while gaining invaluable experience through paid internships or training programs that can last up to 18 months.
The Intern/Trainee Program is designed to accommodate both interns and trainees who are passionate about making a difference in the field of education. Interns typically participate when they are just one year away from completing their education-related degrees, while trainees are recent graduates with up to a year of relevant experience under their belts. Both groups will dedicate a minimum of 32 hours per week to their roles as Teacher Assistants and Special Education Assistants, making a substantial contribution to U.S. classrooms and enriching their own educational journeys in the process.

Participants in the program will have the opportunity to experience the United States through the J1 visa, a vital component of the U.S. Department of State's Cultural Exchange Program.
